Luxury developments in Boca Raton continue to flourish. Late last year, the ultra-posh Mandarin Oriental set its sights on the United States and ultimately chose the “City for All Seasons” as its home. Today, Boca Raton has the distinction of being the only city in Palm Beach County to boast a five-star hotel.
Located in Via Mizner, The Residences at Mandarin Oriental command prices as high as $20 million and it remains a testament to Boca Raton’s ability to attract major names. The city continues to attract international buyers and investors ever since the Boca Raton Airport unveiled its Customs and Border Protection facility last year.
Another luxury project that has earned lots of attention is Akoya Boca West, which is under development in Boca West Country Club. The ten-story luxury condo has 113 units starting at $1 million and as of last year was already 60% sold. The upscale community of Moderne Boca features over seventy opulent homes, attracting a broad demographic of buyers including families, retirees, and young couples.
As luxury developments continue well into 2019, expect Boca Raton real estate to continue its upward swing.
